SUBROUTINE qFields_Pointers_Recv (NodeInfo Info, INTEGER ComponentAddr, INTEGER ComponentKind, INTEGER ComponentSize)

Initializes an array in Info with information about components that will be received from another processor. This information will later be used in the RecvFields() subroutine.
