FUNCTION UpdateParent (NodeInfo Parent, FuncParam Dummy)

Essentially a wrapper function for UpdateParent() and FixUpParent(), this function performs refinement calculations on Parent's overlapping children and then passes the corrected values back to Parent, which has its data replaced by an average of the values calculated on a higher refinement ratio by its children.
