SUBROUTINE RestrictFields (NodeInfo Info, NodeInfo CoarseInfo)

Coarsens the index bounds on CoarseInfo and then runs the Restrict() subroutine on it to propagate the coarsening operation to the user-defined fields set up in AstroBEAR. If the coarse node is on the root level, RestrictFields() will also run qInit() on CoarseInfo.
