Periodic Boundary

A boundary such that anything leaving the problem domain through this boundary reappears on the opposite side of the problem domain. When managing ghost regions, this usually means that a grid with a periodic boundary will have a partner grid on the opposite side of the problem domain with which it must exchange ghost cells.
