Nova Cluster

The original Nova cluster, defunct as of 5/2010, featured 28 nodes with 2 processors per node. The processors were Intel Xeon 3.2GHz. Each node had 4GB of RAM, for 2GB of RAM per CPU.

The nodes were numbered nova201-214 and nova301-314. They were connected with Gigabit ethernet. The cluster (as of 2/08) had 2TB of disk storage.

Physically, the cluster resided at the ​Frontier Cyber Center.
