MarkNodeToBeDeleted(NodeInfo Info, FuncParam Dummy)

This function is rather deceptively named, as it actually changes a NodeInfo attribute rather than a Node attribute. Specifically, it sets the ToBeDeleted flag in Info and returns err_OK.
