FUNCTION MPI_Worker_afterfixup(NodeInfo Info)

Sends messages to Info's processor (presumably a worker processor) to begin the afterfixup processing tasks for the node. This function uses the ​MPI_Isend() routine, which is a non-blocking MPI command.
