Function ISINFNAN


This function is unnecessary. A variable which is NaN is equal to nothing—-not even itself. Hence, together with HUGE(), this function may be replaced by 

IF( ANY(x .ne. x) .OR. ANY(x .ge. HUGE(x)) ) THEN
  ! infinity or NaN found
END IF
