SUBROUTINE GridAdapt(INTEGER level)

Generate new subgrids for each node on level level and initialize each of the newly-created nodes with problem data. In a multi-processor run, it also executes the MPI_WorkerPing() command to pause execution until all processors are ready to proceed.
