FUNCTION FormFixupMask (NodeInfo Info, FuncParam Dummy)

If Info is attached to a worker processor, then this function fixes the initial timestep by calling Worker_InitTimeStepFixUp, which clears the error estimation flag and resets the timestep variable dt.
