FUNCTION EstimateErrors(NodeInfo Info, FuncParam TimeStepParam)

This is a wrapper for the EstimateError function that prevents EstimateError from being called on a node that is about to be deleted. In a multi-processor environment, this function will do nothing if called by a worker processor; the EstimateErrorsWorkers function must be called to perform the same task.
