Riemann Solver with Python

In order to create a 1-D spherical solver, I write a python version of Riemann solver. The long term goal is to add cooling, thermal conduction and radiation to examine theories and provide an accurate benchmark for AstroBEAR.

Simulations are run with 500 points.

I am developing TVD-MUSCL scheme now, Toro's book is wrong on this Chapter. I have succeeded in writing TVD-MUSCL 2 years ago.
