fixed length scale in the RT data files

After fixing a length scaling problem in the original data files, I was able to get a better equilibrium. The original parameters still need to be tuned (kappa needs to be reduced by a factor of 5). The following is a movie showing the evolution of density and temperature over 5 instability growth times (assuming single mode, t = 1/sqrt(k*g), where k = 2*pi/l, l is the width of the box).
