Meeting Update 0812

Ablative RT: after experimenting with various parameters, it seems the conductivity we were using previously is too high. The conductivity that can keep the ablation front at the same place should be about 2e-17 (the original parameter is about 3e-14). Here is a comparison between different conductivity (red: 2e-17, green: 3e-17, blue: 5e-17, white: 7e-17):
