Update/0515/

Working on the paper.outline:
1.introduction
2.physics description, including calculation of time scales
3.simulation setup
4.results
5.discussion

have been working on parts 3 and 4 mostly. Also wrote up some of part 2. The time scale part needs more time though.

Meanwhile, finished several runs with magnetized wind simulations: the magnetic energy density is 0.02, 0.1, 0.5 times the peak magnetic energy density inside the clump.
