Histogram funniness

So the smooth colliding flows run showed a peak at .4 as well as 1 in the mass-weighted histograms of the mixing ratio. (Red line in plot). It turns out that the expression for the mixing ratio was to blame. It was set to to avoid nan's in the region where neither tracer was present instead of

This means however in regions near the edges of the cylinder, where both flows collide and mix with the ambient, the mixing ratio will be ~ .5 or so… I replaced the expression with and the second hump went away (Green line)

I also remade the histograms using only the data within the colliding region and got the same result regardless of the expression… (dark and light blue lines)
