  • ticket #431 (tracking density and pressure protections) is ready to merge.
    • I tested it on one of my pulsed jet simulations and you can see it working.

  • ticket #433 (tracking S species) is complete, and it will be ready to merge later tonight.
    • I thought there might be an issue because I saw some strange behavior in the emission maps from my 3-D 2-clump Mach stem runs. However, I think the cooling length was just poorly resolved, because increasing the resolution got rid of the strangeness.

  • ticket #436 (tracking max speeds) still needs some work.
    • Work will be slow for the next few days because of the holiday, but I think I can finish this before next Monday.
