2-D test run for Mach stem project

I think I found an excellent regime for my Mach stem runs. 

density contrast X = 500
shock strength M = 5
run time t = 25 years

With 2 clumps: one stationary and one moving at 10 km/s. For the image/movie below, I used gamma = 1.01 and a horizontal clump separation of 4 rclump (center-to-center). The effective resolution is 80 cells/rclump.

The run only took about 12 minutes on 64 cores. It will take longer to run with cooling and in 3-D, but it should be very doable at a decent resolution.
