1. #309: Checked the expected time for the front to move: http://astrobear.pas.rochester.edu/trac/astrobear/ticket/309#comment:44, http://astrobear.pas.rochester.edu/trac/astrobear/ticket/309#comment:45. Worked with Jonathan and checked the matrices/vectors feed into hypre. The maximum iteration was reached when the matrices are ill-conditioned. Tried a new way to set the flux boundaries (No nonlinear solver used). Got different but similar results of short time: http://astrobear.pas.rochester.edu/trac/astrobear/ticket/309#comment:47

3. Will take next week off/work at home: accumulate too many vacation hours which cannot be carried to next year.
