pnStudy: finest refinement with rectangle shape

This is a revisit for the new refinement for pnStudy module (see blog:bliu11182014). This is Bruce's idea:

"My sense is that the wiggles develop only after the rim emerges from the fixed high-res region of the sim at 0 < x < 0.5 and 0 < y < 0.5. To check this out, is there a way to reconfigure the high-res zone so that it is three times thinner and taller? "

Below is the results — the mesh is kept to show the rectangle refinement works. The results show clearly the difference for areas along x and y axis:
