Updates 12/03

PNe in big box

Use the updated problem module, 4 level AMR, and a cubic box with 128 kR_sun radius (64000 in computational unit, base grid 1000 R_sun). I did two runs over the past week. The first one has minTemp=10K, and mindensity=1d-10 for all. In the second one, I raised those two value to doubled for frame 0, and then lower them back for the rest of the simulation.
