Radiation Pressure

Stampede is working now, even without increasing request descriptors, because it's running much more slowly, as Baowei was finding (~1 month to get to 300 frames). I think it's time to tackle AMR line transfer.

Also, we could theoretically run on BlueHive. Based on the new speed on Stampede, though, it would take months to complete a run.

HD209458b

Some very interesting ​results from the synthetic observations. Very little variation over time, as expected from looking at the simulation.

Here's the highlight:

We see significant symmetric absorption in the blue and red wings during transit (but not much before or after). Perhaps worth investigating a finer time series of these.
